After a visit and a survey of the existing, we draw up a detailed quote item by item, backed by firm comparisons. The budget is tracked throughout the works, with regular check-ins to approve each decision with a financial impact.
It depends on the scope: a few weeks for a targeted reconfiguration, several months for a full renovation or transformation. We set a realistic schedule from the design stage and follow it closely to meet the announced deadlines.
Depending on the nature of the works, a municipal or cantonal authorization may be required. We assess this from the study stage, prepare the required documents and file the application for you, following it through to approval.
Often, yes. Insulation, heating replacement or solar installation can qualify for cantonal and federal subsidies. We identify the grants applicable to your project and prepare the files, within the Buildings Program and the cantonal schemes.
