Homewell VS Covid-19

For several weeks now, we have been living through a unique situation to which we have had and still have to adapt, in the best possible way. Homewell has been able to put in place appropriate measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to continue guaranteeing you the same quality of service we usually offer.

During the lockdown

Our company never stopped operating and, above all, never stopped being there for its clients, even during this difficult period. In order to protect our staff, remote work was immediately favored, and as a result, Homewell was always able to ensure follow-up and immediate availability to its clients throughout the entire lockdown period.

On May 11, 2020, we reopened our Lausanne offices. We are of course continuing to comply with certain strict health measures so that we can welcome you there in complete safety.

What are these measures?

As you probably know, the Federal Council recently lifted certain restrictions that had been in place since mid-March, allowing us to reopen our offices and welcome you back. As a precaution, our clients are advised to make an appointment at the agency in advance, our Lausanne offices remaining the only ones available for this. Nevertheless, if you wish to drop by without an appointment, hand sanitizer and masks will of course be made available to you. You can also rest assured that safety distances will be respected.

And what about viewings?

Homewell continues to favor the traditional viewing over the virtual one. Buying a property is most often a lifelong commitment, so it remains essential for us to be able to discover your future home from every angle in order to picture yourself there, alone or with your family. Viewings will therefore continue, but under certain conditions; door handles and surfaces will be disinfected very regularly, our brokers will be required to wear a mask and will respect the safety distance indicated by the FOPH. Hand sanitizer and masks will also be available to our clients during viewings.
