A storefront in the heart of Morges!

Homewell continues its development with the opening of a space accessible to all in Morges. This evolution reflects management's desire to get closer to its clients and to round out its range of services with “home staging.”

Located a stone's throw from Morges's main thoroughfare, rue Louis-de-Savoie, and about twenty meters from the castle, our real estate company's new agency will officially open its doors on January 6, 2020. This strategic choice confirms the determination of our two directors, Romain Louia and Nicolas Leyvraz, to look to the future and continue Homewell's dazzling growth. This second “agency” aims for sharing, conviviality and closeness with clients.

“A logical choice”

Open every day of the week, as well as on Saturday mornings so as to be accessible to everyone, the branch intends to become a key real estate hub in the region. “This choice is logical,” comments Nicolas Leyvraz, co-director. “Even though we already have a foothold in the Lake Geneva region, we want to continue our expansion, and particularly on La Côte. The goal is to strengthen our presence on the ground. Moreover, it is important to be close to our clients and to have a place to meet.” Refurbished, the branch will feature a reception area and a large screen to watch the plans or the 3D view of properties for sale “live.” Inside, visitors will find an optimized space with a neat and refined design.

“Solutions from A to Z”

What is more, this opening will allow Homewell to perfect its range of services. “From now on, we will be able to offer solutions from A to Z in a more refined way. By creating the renovation and ‘home staging’ departments, we will be able to support our clients from the beginning to the end of the acquisition process,” explains Nicolas Leyvraz, our co-director. Thanks to the addition of these new features to the company, Homewell is positioning itself on the market and will be able to offer very attractive rates. In order to advise our clients in the best possible way, experts will be available by appointment at our Morges branch.

Inauguration on December 14

This storefront, in the center of Morges, will allow the company to continue its evolution. From now on, anyone can come to ask for information, seek advice or discover the latest properties for sale directly at the Morges premises. And to kick off the Morges adventure on the right foot, the Homewell team invites everyone to share a friendly moment from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday, December 14, for the inauguration of the new branch.
